Control Yourself was Portland, Oregon’s longest running weekly stand up showcase produced, curated, and hosted by stand up comic JoAnn Schinderle (Winner of WW’s Funniest Five, SF Sketchfest, Bridgetown). The show ran for four years and was voted ‘Top 5 Portland Comedy Showcases’.
